About the Program

CABA’s Policy & Advocacy Program has two main objectives:

1 – Keeping our members informed of new developments in judicial and legislative decision-making, academic research as well as business transactions with cross-border aspect;

2 – Identifying opportunities for CABA to become involved in judicial and legislative decision-making, as well as in academic and professional discussions regarding cross-border issues and business transactions.

If you are are interested in becoming involved with the program, please join CABA (insert link to Join/Renew section here) and write to [policy email address].  Make sure to indicate whether you are interested in any specific areas of the law.

As a member of the Policy & Advocacy Program, you could for example be called upon to monitor new developments in judicial and legislative decision-making, to manage CABA’s involvement in academic conferences or court interventions, or to publish, as a CABA Collaborator, newsletters to keep our members informed of recent news and trends regarding cross-border issues.
