Anne-Marie Naccarato is a management-side labour and employment lawyer who exclusively advises and defends employers (both non-unionized and unionized) across North America in all manner of employment and labour law including: wrongful and constructive dismissal, restrictive covenants, fiduciary duties, employment agreements and offer letters, independent contractor agreements, employment standards, terminations, layoffs, hiring, discipline, attendance management, the duty to accommodate, workplace harassment and discrimination, workplace policies and investigations, grievance arbitration, collective agreement interpretation and negotiation, and interest arbitration.

Anne-Marie appears before the Superior Court, the Human Rights Tribunal, grievance arbitration panels, the Labour Relations Board, and Ministry of Labour.

Anne-Marie also advises clients during corporate transactions including due diligence review and the implications of inheriting and avoiding of employment and labour liabilities.
