Ashley Juchawski focuses her practice on early-stage, high growth companies in matters related to corporate formation, business structuring, financing and intellectual property protection.
Ashley is a member of DLA Piper’s NEST Program (Nextgen Environment for STartups), serving the specific needs of entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ashley launched the Venture Law Project, a pro bono legal services program at Dade Legal Aid with a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Ashley remains involved with the program’s continued operation and growth on a volunteer basis as the Program Advisor.
