Law Practice
Colin Burn is an associate practising in the corporate department of Stikeman Elliott’s Toronto office. His practice is primarily focused on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public M&A, corporate finance, private equity and project finance transactions, as well as corporate governance matters.

Mr. Burn has experience advising foreign and domestic clients in both hostile and negotiated merger and acquisition transactions. He also regularly represents issuers and underwriters in public and private market debt and equity financings. Mr. Burn acts for a diverse set of clients in the real estate, energy and infrastructure, private equity, mining, telecommunications, aerospace, pharmaceutical, financial services and consumer goods industries.
