Mr. Prugo, a partner in our New York office, is a trial attorney practicing patent litigation with a focus on prescription pharmaceuticals and biologics. Mr. Prugo has extensive experience leading trial teams on behalf of pharmaceutical industry leaders and has appeared numerous times as lead trial counsel in federal district courts across the country.
In addition to his work on behalf of the firm’s litigation clients, Mr. Prugo is committed to Pro Bono assistance and has successfully represented clients in cases involving the New York City Housing Authority and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
