Hilary is a Senior Legal Counsel, Litigation at CVS Health. Before joining CVS Health, Hilary was a litigation associate with Locke Lord LLP. She also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County and as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas P. Woodlock of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While attending law school, Hilary was a student editor for the Canadian Journal of Law and Technology. She also interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office (Trial Division), Nova Scotia Legal Aid and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeals.
