Jeffrey K. Cymbler is Of Counsel to Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Department.  He has broad based experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, foreign representatives, commercial landlords and asset purchasers in all facets of sophisticated and complex bankruptcy proceedings and U.S.-Canadian cross border proceedings.

For more than four years, Jeff served as outside bankruptcy/commercial litigation counsel for the FDIC, as receiver of several failed insured depository institutions, in connection with the defense and prosecution of claims asserted by and against bankrupt bank holding companies of failed financial institutions.
