Jeremy is an associate with Dentons’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice includes a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. He has particular experience representing vehicle manufacturers, litigating contract claims and securities matters, and advocating in construction and land-use cases. He has also been involved in the trial of a claim for providing inadequate security to commercial premises.

Jeremy has been appointed by the Ontario Court of Appeal to argue an appeal as amicus curiae.

Before joining Dentons, Jeremy clerked for the Justices of the Ontario Superior Court and practised for two years at a major firm in Boston.

Jeremy’s law review article, “Investigative Hearings under the Anti-Terrorism Act“, was cited by the Supreme Court of Canada in its decision Re Application under s. 83.28 of the Criminal Code, [2004] 2 S.C.R. 248.

Jeremy co-edits Dentons’ blog summarizing decisions under Ontario’s new Rules of Civil Procedure atontariorulesofcivilprocedure.com.
