Michael J. F. Scully specializes in the area of Aboriginal Law, which includes the practice of constitutional law as it relates to the protection of Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, as well as Business Law as it relates to the affairs of a broad spectrum of First Nation issues.
In addition to holding a Business Degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa Law School, Michael is a proud member of both the Law Society of New Brunswick as well as the Law Society of Upper Canada. As such, he is licensed to practice law in both jurisdictions.
